Our Grooming Team
Kelly has been working in the veterinary field since 2001. She started as a vet assistant but later discovered her passion for grooming. Her favorite part of grooming is the one-on-one time she gets to spend with the dogs. She finds it so gratifying when she helps them look their best! On the weekends, you can find her at the racetrack cheering on her husband and two sons. She is also a very talented baker!
Kelley is an accomplished groomer and has so much patience and compassion for all her furry clients. She is married to her “sweetie”, Larry, and they stay busy with daughter, Alex who is attending Blue River College. Kelley has three Shih Tzu’s, Junior, Bailey and Little Sammy Joe. More recently she adopted an abandoned Chihuahua and named him Dave. Dave was scared and a fear biter but with a soft voice, lots of attention and love we are glad to report Dave is great!!
Alenda has been a Professional Groomer for over 17 years, trained to groom all breeds of dogs and cats. She is also a Grooming Instructor and has helped dozens of other groomers begin and succeed in their own careers in the industry. What she loves most about her job is being able to get to know the pets, and being a part of their life, from new puppies to sweet seniors. When she is not grooming, Alenda enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs, riding horses, and traveling.
Lacy joined Hidden Valley in 2009 after being a client for several years. Lacy was the smiling face that greeted you at the grooming desk but she has now changed careers and is learning to groom under the tutelage of groomer, Alenda. Lacy is married to her love, Eric, and has two cute kids, Jackson and Regan. She owns three Great Danes, Dahlia, Dalton and Lizzie, and a black tabby, Catillac!
Rhonda has been with Hidden Valley since 2002. Because of Rhonda’s artistic ability and love for animals, she has expertise in all breeds, including rabbits, and guinea pigs as well as cats and dogs. Rhonda and her fantastic husband, Jim, have two fur babies, Axl, a Chihuahua, and Otis, a miniature Dachshund. Rhonda has fun canoeing, dancing and singing karaoke. She loves to cook and makes awesome gifts with her skills in crafts.
